We are a forward thinking, proactive leader in the manufacture of highly precision machined components, supplying global demand. We have experienced significant growth year on year and we have invested in continuous improvement throughout the organisation. Most importantly we offer free ice-creams in the summer.

We operate from two sites - Ferndown in Dorset, and Cricklade in Wiltshire, and we have many machines in operation on sites around the globe and work actively with a network of international agents.

Our Cricklade site has been designing and manufacturing dicing saws and precision micro-machining equipment for over 60 years. We have an enviable reputation for building very reliable high specification machines that are genuinely built to last. We regularly service machines that have been at work in a production environment for over 30 years.

Our Ferndown site designs and manufactures high precision air bearings and slides for semiconductor, optical, micromachining and automotive industries.

Loadpoint is on a journey of continuous growth, investing in continuous improvements across both sites, including new machinery, training and supporting a number of colleagues through both apprenticeship and higher-level apprenticeship programs, new products and processes.
